Weekly meetings and continual training
Precautionary measures are constantly taken on all of W. L. French Excavating Corporation projects. It is the company's philosophy that with consistent safety training, knowledge, and a practice of general safety habits, projects can be completed free of incident or accident. Safety programs include:

• Tool Box Meetings – Each week at each of the projects, Site Supervisors conduct mandatory safety meetings covering topics that stress the importance of safety measures, general awareness, environment-specific practices, updated equipment information and more.

• Safety Training – All W.L. French Excavating Corporation employees are HAZMAT certified and trained in OSHA, DEP, State and Federal safety regulations and are committed to safeguarding these regulations on the job.

• A Drug-Free Environment – W.L. French Excavating Corporation strictly enforces a zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy. Randomized drug testing enables the company to maintain a drug-free work environment and ensures employee competence on each project.

• Project-Specific Safety Training – In order to completely prepare for all projects, W.L. French Excavating Corporation approaches new work sites by analyzing the conditions under which employees will be working. If there are potential risks, such as high-tension wires, hazardous materials, etc., W.L. French Excavating Corporation employees receive specific training in how to best approach the project and adapt to the added risks.
